Personal clients

Initial fee 

Our financial planning service involves a significant amount of research and analysis of your current situation and your financial goals and the production of a detailed financial plan for the future. This plan will be revisited regularly in order to ensure that your goals are met.

As you can imagine no two financial plans are the same and therefore we quote bespoke fees for this type of work which are agreed up front and payable upon the completion of the initial financial plan.

Our typical Financial Planning fees range from £1,500 to £2,500

Annual fees

The annual fees to cover the cost of regular review meetings, portfolio rebalancing, investment advice relating to current investments and investment bulletins are based upon the total invested assets held with HB Dobbin (they are deducted monthly).

Fees typically range from 0.5% to 1.5% (depending on total invested assets).  There is a minimum annual fee of £1,000.

Fixed fee

We recognise that from time to time clients will require help and advice that falls outside of the scope of our on-going service.  In these cases we undertake work on a time costed basis on your behalf. We will agree our fee in advance before commencing any work.

Our fee rates are as follows:

• Financial Advisers:      £200 to £250 per hour
• Administration Staff:   £105 – £125

Corporate clients

All corporate business is carried out at our hourly rate.  Fixed fees are agreed for specific project work upon request.
